Dr. Routiya has over 13 years of academic experience as Assistant Professor and 10 years in administrative roles at the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Secretariat. He has mentored thousands of law aspirants and helped 700+ students become Assistant Professors, Judges, and Law Officers.
He was also an Ex-Educator at Unacademy for NTA UGC NET Paper 1 and Paper 2 Law, where he guided thousands of aspirants through live and recorded courses with doubt-solving sessions, mock tests, and concept-building strategies.
Since 2017, he has run the popular YouTube Channel “Law Order and Civil Rights”, where students receive guidance on legal exams, NET/JRF, and career planning. His digital initiatives aim to make quality education accessible to all.
